PROTAKT - Remote Support

If our support team think it advisable, they can also access your application platform remotely – provided you agree to this – and support your employees online.To do so, make an appointment with us to schedule the online session. With the help of the TeamViewer QuickSupport software, we can, if you wish, view your screen directly and thus support you better and more comfortably.

  • Without your explicit consent, the consultant can not see on your PC.
  • The consultant can not work with you without your explicit consent.
  • There will no foreign programs be installed on your PC.
  • It is not possible to remove data unnoticed and unauthorized from your PC.
  • You can end the session at any time.

Please note that this service is only available during our business hours after consultation with our support staff.
