By signing up to a Microsoft Enhancement Plan, you as a company have ensured that your ERP solution is always kept up to date and that the investments you have made are safeguarded.
Microsoft has now announced for the first time an adjustment to the prices of its customer service and support plans for its on-premises licences:
Effective 1 October 2022, the Dynamics Enhancement Plan premium will increase by 1%. This means that you will be charged 17% per year instead of the current 16% maintenance fee based on your based licence value.
This change will affect the first renewal of your Enhancement Plan beginning on 1st October 2022.
